Welcome to xG Stat. This platform is operated by an individual developer as a personal project and is not currently registered as a company. By using xG Stat, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of the Product

xG Stat provides football analytics tools and visualisations for individual users and professionals. Access is provided on a subscription basis. Features and pricing may change as we continue to improve the platform.

2. Billing & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed upfront and renew automatically (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger an automatic refund.

All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes if relevant.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once a subscription has been used — this includes accessing features, downloading data, or logging into the platform after purchase.

Refunds will only be considered in the case of:

• Accidental duplicate charges
• Technical errors that prevent access to the product
• A valid dispute raised within 24 hours of purchase and without usage

4. Changes to Pricing

We may update our pricing over time based on user feedback and usage patterns. If you purchased a subscription prior to a price drop, you will not be retroactively refunded unless explicitly stated.

5. Data & Privacy

We use basic analytics tools to understand how the platform is used. No personally identifiable data is sold or shared. Payment and subscription data is handled securely via Stripe.
