Every Premier League player who is injured, doubtful or suspended, club by club, from the official FPL availability feed. Return dates show where the club has given one.

Questions

The player might miss the next match. FPL gives a chance of playing: 75% means a small knock, 25% means he is unlikely to make it. Out means he will not play.

Through the week, mostly after each club's pre-match press conference. This page refreshes from the official feed every day.

If he is out for more than a gameweek or two and you have no free cover on the bench, yes. A doubt is often worth waiting on until the deadline, when the press conferences have been and gone.
